Why You Should Check Your Keyword Traffic

Posted on May 23, 2016 at 4:05 pm

Once you have a look at your analytics after your site is getting traffic, you are sure to make some startling discoveries. As an instance, let’s assume we’re watching dentists in Miami, Florida You are able to find the keyword “dentist Miami” gets ten times the traffic as “Miami dentists.”

This is why it’s important to watch your analytics every few months and notice what the numbers are telling you. You don’t desire to put all that point and money in a keyword that’s not producing any traffic and ultimately sales. If a keyword isn’t getting you any traffic, it’s important you abandon it and take a look at another. Or, maybe you don’t wish to replace it in any respect. Perhaps doing fewer keywords is the solution. If you’re careful to head over your analytics, your numbers will whisper the clues to what you wish to do — watch out.

Branding And The Importance of It

Posted on March 12, 2016 at 8:48 pm

There are lots of examples of companies with solid brands being able to put a massive mark-up on their products, solely based upon the value of their brand. It’s not just the technical spec, or what the product does, it’s also the desirability of the brand which sells it.

We can see this very clearly when you look at branded food products vs value options at your supermarket. Many studies have been conducted to show that when people don’t know which one is which, they have difficulty actually determining which is which. This clearly shows everyone that it is the brand which causes the value of the branded option to exceed the value option by a significant margin.

There are also numerous other examples of these situations, throughout virtually every industry, which clearly illustrates the value to businesses of developing a brand. Remember though, a brand is there to develop recognition amongst the target market, and that can be both a positive or a negative.

The Wonderful World of Business

Posted on February 17, 2016 at 8:42 pm

Business is such a varied term. Ask the average person down the street and they’ll have a different definition to the next person you ask. Business was offered as a course at school but it seemed a lot of maths. Spreadsheets, numbers and other boring things that didn’t involve feelings and expression!

Business can be a lot of things to a lot of different people. Shop owners might consider themselves business people, while those who stalk the streets of London looking smart with those briefcases can also claim to be doing “business.” It ranges from boardrooms to shop floors, from high rise buildings to one man working from home – business is everywhere, it’s hard to pin down but there are those out there that make it look easy, whatever it is!

Business Legal Advice

Posted on January 23, 2016 at 5:11 pm

As an owner of a business, you will probably at some point have to go through some form of legal action; whether it is generated by an issue with your business practices or a problem with employees. In both of these cases finding good legal advice is the first step towards understanding the risk that you are exposed to. In fact, understanding it before you actually need it is a good step towards minimising the risk involved with running a business, at least from a legal stand point. Of course, even with a full understanding of your legal standpoint, it is impossible to run a business and be completely void of risk. Situations arise which are beyond your control, and dealing with them quickly becomes a priority. Few things can endanger a business, particularly small businesses, like an unexpected legal diversion. What all of the legal consultants will tell you, is that, keeping detailed records of all internal and eternal business matters, is the first step towards insulating your business from serious legal matters. This encompasses the issues that regularly arise from employment and from business transactions.
